EVENT VENDOR REGISTRATION
Sunday, February 23 and Monday, February 24, 2020 at
Schertz Civic Center

 

  • COST: $250 BRONZE SPONSORSHIP per vendor space – Payable via PayPal (an invoice will be emailed)
  • Includes (1) one conference attendee ticket
  • Each additional person at your table – add $50.00
  • Vendors are encouraged to submit something as a door prize for the event (optional)
  • Electricity or running water is MAY NOT be available – plan accordingly
  • All fees are non-refundable as your participation is used to promote and market the event
  • Set-up day/time: Sunday, February 23 – 8am – 10am
  • Break down day/time: Monday, February 25 – 4pm
  • Vendors are responsible for leaving their area in the same condition as they found it
  • Pets ok as long as they are up to date on vaccinations, are leashed (no retractable leashes, please) and crated indoors
  • DEADLINE TO SUBMIT FORM: February 1, 2020 or when all spaces are full
  • Speakers and paid sponsors receive a FREE, optional vendor table

The Texas Pet Sitters Conference and their affiliates will not be held responsible for any liability, lost or stolen or damaged merchandise or any injury incurred while setting up, during the event and departure of the premises.
